Avocado lemon sauce


1 Avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Zest
salt and pepper to taste

add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a smooth consistency, serve over crab cakes or any seafood
